These early-access terms explain the basic conditions for using ByteAI chat, the workspace, and the API.
AI output needs review
ByteAI can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Review output before you rely on it, publish it, send it, grade work, or make a decision. Do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, admissions, or other high-impact decisions.
Your content and access
Only submit content you are allowed to use. Keep API keys confidential, use scopes appropriate to each integration, and tell ByteAI promptly if you think a key or account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your keys and for reviewing generated email drafts before sending.
Service limits
Early-access features, quotas, model availability, and response quality can change. Do not use ByteAI to break the law, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or submit content that you do not have permission to process.
Availability and changes
ByteAI is provided during early access as available. Features may be updated or discontinued as the product develops. These terms will be updated when the service or its requirements change.
